Misleading Advertising - ACAI Plus slams XANGO and MONAVIE

I find it intolerable when companies, particularly MLM provide false and misleading information.

If your product is the best, I have no problem having it touted from the rafters, what is wrong is making advertising proclamations that are designed to be misleading.

Acai Plus offers a nutritional drink that has been featured on OPRAH. If you get that type of exposure, you really don't need to push the envelope to garner more. But the management at Acai Plus have crossed the line. In order to tap into the XANGO and Monavie market, the folks at Acai Plus have made the following claim:

THE ONLY LIQUID NUTRITIONAL WITH
ACAI, MANGOSTEEN AND GOJI
I don't blame them for pointing out that they have the same nutritionally dense fruits and berries as XANGO and Monavie. This cuts right at the heart of what made those products great. After all if you are having trouble deciding which nutritional drink is the best, why not choose the one that has it all.......
THAT IS WHERE ACAI PLUS GOES WRONG!
BAZI NOT ONLY HAS ACAI, MANGOSTEEN AND GOJI
BUT IT ALSO HAS
JUJUBE FRUIT
SEABUCKTHORN BERRY
BLUEBERRY
POMEGRANATE
RASPBERRY
A total of 8 nutritionally dense fruits and berries. So by Acai Plus own marketing strategy, if using all three makes ACAI PLUS better the XANGO and MONAVIE, than:
BAZI is better than Acai Plus, XANGO and Monavie.
